Work hand in hand with New England Free Jacks Head of Physical Performance, Jared Collinson, Lead Academy Coach Tadhg Leader and Academy Coaches for an intensive 2x per week skills and strength and conditioning 6 week block held at the Free Jacks own headquarters, the Forge. This program is for players of all levels. The focus will be on the improvement of each individual’s physical and skill based capacities. Boys and Girls, men and women of all levels will thrive during this individualized block!
For participants 10 years and older. Groups will be no more than 10 and will abide by current state regulations.
Week One will consist of a holistic evaluation of your skill set and movement capabilities, from which we will design individualized programs to cater to your needs.
6 weeks of training will culminate in a final evaluation in Week Six where you will receive a final evaluation and needs analysis from our HP staffing group.
