DESCRIPTION:The New England Free Jacks are excited to announce our Youth Rugby Clinic and RTG series for this upcoming fall! Led by Free Jacks Academy Staff and Players we are excited to roll these community events out across our regions. \nDate: October 6th 2024 \nTime: 10.00am – 12:00pm (Youth Rugby Clinic) 1:00pm – 3:00pm (Regional Tracking Session) \nLocation: Burlington Tree Farm Sports Complex \nWhat is a Youth Rugby Clinic? Free Jacks Youth Rugby Clinics are designed to support our Youth Players in an age and stage appropriate manner by continuing to develop technical and fundamental skills through drills and games alongside current Free Jacks players. Every masterclass participant receives a Free Jacks Boot Bag and Drink Bottle. Clinics will compose of different stations led by Free Jacks Staff and Players covering the key rugby components of Catch\, Pass\, Tackle Technique and Breakdown followed by light game play. Clinics will be followed by an Autograph session. \nWhat is an RTG? Free Jacks Regional Tracking Group sessions are designed to evaluate fundamental skills and physical performance. Train and Develop understanding of the 5 pillars of rugby within the Free Jack way and the accompanying skill sets. Apply newfound skills and knowledge in small sided games manufactured to add time and space constraints. Athletes that demonstrate exceptional performance and or potential will be highlighted for future Free Jacks academy events and pathways. SUMMARY:Free Jacks Academy Fall Development Program
DESCRIPTION:When: October 6th\, October 13th\, October 20th\, October 27th\, November 3rd\, November 10th\, November 17th\, November 24th  \nTime: 1.00pm – 2.30pm (U18 – Junior Jacks) 2.30pm – 4.00pm (U23 – Independents) \nWhere: Legion Field\, Weymouth MA. 13th of October will be held at another field to be advised.  \nWhat: Led by Free Jacks Academy High-Performance Staff and Players we invite all U18 and U23 aged players to register for a spot in our Fall Development Program for 2024. These eight sessions across October and November will be focused on developing Fundamental Skills and working on key aspects of the game to help continue to grow and foster individual skill sets. Athletes will receive high quality coaching and 1 on 1 feedback around different areas of the game and will have the opportunity to play at the historic New York 7s at the end of November. All instruction will be led at Legion Field in Weymouth\, apart from the 13th of October which will be at another disclosed location.  \n*Players who wish to participate in the New York 7s will need to organise their own accommodation and travel arrangements. \nCost: $300 for the programme\, includes a Free Jacks Academy shirt and drink bottle. \nRegister Here: https://buy.stripe.com/14keWs8n57Jr3oQaET
