SUMMARY:Free Jacks Academy Winter Development Program
DESCRIPTION:When: January 26th\, February 2nd\, February 9\, February 16\, February 23\, March 2nd (All Sunday Session) \nTime: 1.00pm – 2.30pm \nWhere: Hale Family YMCA (79 Coddington St\, Quincy\, MA 02169) \nWhat: Led by Free Jacks Academy High-Performance Staff and Players we invite all U18 and U23 aged players to register for a spot in our Winter Development Program for 2025. These six sessions across January\, February and March will be focused on developing Fundamental Skills and working on key aspects of the game to help continue to grow and foster individual skill sets. Athletes will receive high quality coaching and 1 on 1 feedback around different areas of the game and will have the opportunity for the Free Jacks to track their progress through our Academy systems as we head into an exciting 2025 for representative rugby.
