Skill Top Ups: Catch Pass

There will be the following skill top ups for small groups to take part in and work on specific areas of their game with Free Jacks Coaches. These programs are highly specialized in parts of the game to develop a comprehensive skillset in the area.

These will be held from 10:15 – 11:00 AM.

Catch Pass – Work with academy staff on the most important skill of the modern game, the catch pass. Understand the importance of catch mastery, refine your passing mechanics, understand different variations of the pass and uses of which in a game setting. Progress these skills and develop confidence to develop a distribution edge to your attacking game.
