Skill Top Ups: Kicking

There will be the following skill top ups for small groups to take part in and work on specific areas of their game with Free Jacks Coaches. These programs are highly specialized in parts of the game to develop a comprehensive skillset in the area.

These will be held from 10:15 – 11:00 AM.

Kicking – Kicking is a core part of the modern game in manipulating space and transferring pressure. Learn key mechanics of the simple pin kick and how mastering this kick type leads well into different variations of the kick from hand that we can build into your game. Have fun with some kicking based games and work on your ability to execute under pressure.
