Skill Top Ups: Scrummaging/Lineout

There will be the following skill top ups for small groups to take part in and work on specific areas of their game with Free Jacks Coaches. These programs are highly specialized in parts of the game to develop a comprehensive skillset in the area.

These will be held from 10:15 – 11:00 AM.

Scrummaging/Lineout- As the old adage goes, you can’t attack well off a defunct set piece. This skill top up is for our forwards! Together, we learn about the ins and outs of scrummaging and the lineout. Understand the keys to mastering your body shape and learn activities to develop your scrummaging and lineout mechanics. Progress these skills to understanding how to outthink and outwork your opposition at the set piece.
