Free Jacks Academy Winter Strength & Conditioning Program
The Free Jacks Academy Strength and Conditioning Program is a 6-week, 12-session program taught and led by the Free Jacks senior team Strength and Conditioning staff, headlined by Free Jacks & Northland Tanihwa Head of S&C, James Doyle. This program is not simply a series of workouts but an educational opportunity teaching high school-aged Rugby athletes how elite professional players approach training, conditioning, diet, and recovery.
Participants can expect to be provided with a comprehensive, position-specific strength & conditioning program incorporating testing at the start and end of the program. Following the conclusion of the 6-week program, participants will leave with in-season programming to continue the work in the program, and a deeper knowledge base about training one’s body for top-tier rugby competition.
The Free Jacks Academy Strength and Conditioning program will be held at the Free Jacks Headquarters in Quincy, MA, from February 10th – March 21st on Wednesday evenings from 5:00 – 6:00 pm (2/10/27, 2/17/27, 2/24/27, 3/3/27, 3/10/27, 3/17/27) and Sunday mornings from 10:00 am – 11:00 am (2/7/27, 2/14/27, 2/21/27, 2/28/27, 3/7/27, 3/14/27).
