The 32-year-old Englishman has already had a robust international career, having coached the Kenyan national 15’s and 7’s Teams from from 2014 to 2019, the Hong Kong national Men’s and Women’s 7’s teams from 2021-2022, as well as the Men’s 15’s from 2021-2022. 

“We are delighted to announce the addition of the assiduous Will Webster who will add his talents and experience to our coaching group ahead of MLR 2023,” commented General Manager Tom Kindley. “Will has enjoyed a unique coaching journey to date, notably having coached across international 7’s and 15’s landscapes.”

With his specialization in defense and within the forwards, he will bring expertise to our set piece, and drive new ideas, and help enrich the experience across the Free Jacks’ environment and program in all areas from the senior team to local rugby development.
