Free Jacks 2025 Festival Fan Photo Submission Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. HOW TO ENTER
The contest will begin on May 1st, 2024, at 12:00 PM ET and end on May 29th, 2024, at 12:00 PM ET.
To participate, entrants must:

  1. Tag two friends in the contest post comments.

  2. Share the contest post to their Instagram story.

Entries must be submitted within the contest period to be considered valid. The Free Jacks are not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outages, delays, computer difficulties, or other technological issues.
More than one submission per account is allowed.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
The contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont. Employees of the Free Jacks, its licensees, corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.

All winners must sign a participant release waiver.
Contestants are required to provide truthful information. The Free Jacks will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent and disqualify individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements. Entries from persons under the age of 13 will be deleted in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

3. PRIZES

  • Three (3) Red Reserved Section tickets to a Free Jacks Festival.

  • The prize has no cash value and cannot be substituted or transferred.

  • The Free Jacks may, at their discretion, substitute a prize of comparable value.

  • Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, gratuities, or additional expenses.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Decisions of Free Jacks management with respect to the contest are final.

  • Winners will be contacted by 6:00 PM ET on May 29th, 2024, via direct message on Instagram.

  • Winners must confirm acceptance within 18 hours or an alternate winner may be chosen.

  • Winners must execute and return a Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form before prizes can be awarded.

5. CONDITIONS

  • Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent.

  • By participating, winners agree to allow their name, voice, or likeness to be used in any advertising or promotional material without additional compensation, where legal.

  • The Free Jacks reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, contest operation, or otherwise violating the rules.

  • The Free Jacks may cancel, terminate, or modify the contest due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or fraud.

  • The Free Jacks are not responsible for typographical or other errors in contest administration, prize announcements, or any other aspect of the contest.
