This weekend the Free Jacks are set to host the Boston Brawl, a rugby championship of graduate school rugby programs. The tournament will take place the 1st and 2nd of November.
Four men’s teams and three women’s teams will participate in the first edition of this event hosted by the Free Jacks. The Tuck School of Business, Harvard Business School, Wharton Business School, and Chicago Booth School Business will compete in the men’s division, while Yale Graduate Rugby, The Tuck School of Business and Harvard Business School will battle it out in the women’s competition.
The tournament will take place at Union Point Sports Complex in Weymouth, MA, where the Free Jacks are set to host their Inaugural 2020 Major League Rugby season this coming year.
The round robin begins Friday afternoon with seeded playoffs in the men’s division to follow on Saturday to determine the first champion of the Boston Brawl.
