BOSTON—January 14, 2020—The New England Free Jacks announced today a season ticket donation program, aimed at creating an expansive and new rugby fan base in New England by increasing access to those who wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to attend Free Jacks matches. For fans that have discovered the ease of becoming Founding Members, this program is designed to allow season tickets holders the same ease of sharing unused tickets.

Fans that are thinking about buying tickets or becoming a Founding Member but won’t be able to make a match or two, can put their tickets toward a great cause.  With the donation program the Free Jacks encourage their Founding Member season ticket holders to donate any number of tickets to Free Jacks home games to partner causes and share the game of rugby with new fans and worthy local organizations.

“The Free Jacks are committed to spreading the positive influence of rugby throughout the New England community and the ticket donation program is one way we can help grow the game,” said Alex Magleby, CEO of the Free Jacks. “Each unused ticket donation will help invite deserving recipients who would not otherwise be able to experience the excitement of a Free Jacks match. We look forward to creating more New England rugby fans through this program and thank our Founding Members for their generosity in helping us achieve that.”

Although ticket donations may be submitted up until midnight (12:00am) on the Wednesday before each Saturday fixture, the Free Jacks encourage all Founding Members to make donations 30 days prior to the game to ensure their seat matches with an organization. To donate your tickets, complete the form below or follow the steps at https://freejacks.com/donate

Thank you to all Founding Members who have become a part of Free Jacks Nation to date.
