Using SeatGeek.com And Purchasing Your Membership
When we ultimately decided to rethink our ticketing provider we wanted to partner with a ticket platform whose main priority aligned with ours, which is our fans. We strive to give rugby fans effortless access to eight Free Jacks matches at Veterans Memorial Stadium. As the Official Ticketing Provider of the Free Jacks, you will find that SeatGeek offers a superior experience without the hassle (and lowered fees for our season members). This will be the first article in our series introducing you to SeatGeek.

- First things first, head to https://seatgeek.com/ . Type “New England Free Jacks” into the search bar in the middle of the screen – you will likely be prompted with our awesome Lantern Graphic as seen below. Click!
2. Now you find yourself on our Free Jacks SeatGeek home page, complete with an aerial view of our glorious home field (can you spot yourself in the crowd?!) Select “Ticket Packages” from the 3 available options, and you will see the following screen.
3. You’re almost there! Here comes the fun part – select how many season tickets you want to purchase, and then pick your seats! SeatGeek empowers you to choose the seats where you’ll have the best time, with easy to visualize maps of available seat locations and view from seat photos. Play around with the interactive map to get a feel of the view you’ll have as you cheer on the best team in the MLR.
4. Once you’ve selected your section, you’ll have to either login or register for a SeatGeek account.
5. You’re nearly there. Choose how you’d like to pay for your season tickets (aka the best deal in Boston sports), either in full or with our new monthly payment plan. Enter your credit card information, which will be saved inside your account for easy checkouts in the future, and you’re good to go! Give yourself a pat on the back, you’ve earned it, Champ.

When is the best time to get my season membership?
Now! After an amazing 2024 season and Back to Back Championship victory, memberships are moving fast. Because of increased demand we will capping memberships this season, so don’t wait until all the good seats are taken.
I love the Free Jacks, but I’m not sure that I can make it to every game. Is it still a better deal to buy a season membership?
Yes! Our season memberships feature by far the best price per match of any ticket option, and with SeatGeek you have total control over your tickets. Can’t make it to a game? Transfer or resell your tickets either online or through the app.
Are there any other perks to being a season ticket holder?
Yes! Becoming a season member gives you access to a ton of benefits including reserved seating, first right of refusal for Free Jacks playoff tickets, and discounts on merchandise and additional match tickets.
I’ve already purchased my memberships for the 2025 season, but don’t see the tickets in my account?
Welcome to the team! Your tickets will be visible to you in Account Manager through the app or Seatgeek.com closer to the season.
How do I manage my tickets once I have them?
Once you have become a member, you can access your Account Manager from the Free Jacks page on SeatGeek.com by selecting the “Manage Season Tickets” tab. From there you can manage your tickets including transfer and resale, as well as update your contact info, address, or saved payment information. Additionally, you will want to download the SeatGeek app to access your digital tickets on gameday along with parking passes, tasting experience tickets, and match day information.
