Danyon earned his stripes for the Takapuna Club in North Harbour, NZ. He has also been a part of New Zealand touch rugby team the ‘Touch Blacks’, whom he has played with since 2016. In 2023, Danyon had his breakthrough season in NPC with North Harbour where he scored 4 tries in 5 matches.
