A native of Petaluma, California, Yungert attended St Marys College where he starred for their prestigious rugby program; winning national championships in 2014, 2015 and 2017. In 2018 he was selected for the USA Selects XV tour of South America, and shorthly after signed by NOLA Gold for their inaugural MLR season. He spent 4 seasons in New Orleans and he was key contributor on and off the field. Holden enters his third season as a Free Jack.
