The US-eligible scrumhalf was born and raised in Wales, but went to university at the prestigious rugby school Hartpury in England. After an impressive loan spell at the Bristol Bears in 2021, Lennon signed a professional contract with the Premiership side in 2022. In 2023 he scored his first try for Bristol in the European Champions Cup against Bordeaux.
