A native of Colorado, Geiger started his rugby career at the Rugbytown Crossover Academy. After a couple succesful years playing for Rugby New York, Kaleb made his Eagles debut in 2023 against Portugal. He was signed by the Free Jacks in 2023 from the Dispersal Draft.
